The Broken Telephone jam series alternates music prompts to make art, and the winning art is used to make a prompt for the music in the next jam following. Therefore this winning art piece from BT-1 is a cute scene with a dragon-like animal and its human friend in a placid environment. I decided to go with sort of a bouncy positive sounding track, in consequence, rather parallel to let's say the city-view music in Master of Magic's original 1995 OST for Simtex/Microprose. (Update 2-25 11pm:) Being ignorant of the bad stuff that happened to Rio later, I feel this still now that I read a bunch about Arcane's plot, fits the theme because the scene seems obviously to be prior to the tragic later happenings.
