Sequel to It's Time To Get Catty! from 2025.

Much thanks to Kastchey@Rosebud for helping fish this project out of a codebase size limit problem where Rosebud was an older version when I stopped because i'd hit an impasse but having patiently waited and then reopening the project it didn't just automatically glide into the new Rosebud, the code had to be transplanted to a new-era blank 2D template.
