I gave this a try but I have not really ever tried to match my music to specific video cutscene timing till now.

In the state that it's in the first 90% of it works with the timing of the cut scene but I would have if i had more time taken the brusque expression I tacked on the end, in the very last 5 seconds and moved it to past where the vision of Xion smiling at him is, to match up to the last 5 seconds of the video.
